Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Rainbridge Market LLC ("Wildcomb", "we", "us"), 600 Pine Street, Suite 410, Seattle, WA 98101, collects and uses personal information on wildcomb.store. Questions: support@wildcomb.store or +1 (307) 555-0142.

1. What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address, items ordered and order history.
• Payment: card details you enter at checkout are not stored on our servers. When we take a payment, it is processed by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Email list: your email address if you join our list or ask for a restock alert.
• Reviews: your name or initials, rating, review text and any photo you upload.
• Support messages you send us.
• Device data: your browser keeps your cart and site preferences in local storage. Our servers log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the Site (clicks, scrolling, pages viewed) so we can improve it. What you type into form fields is masked.
• Advertising: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. They send Meta the pages you view, items you add to your cart, sign-ups and orders, with your IP address and browser details and, when you sign up or order, a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email, phone, name and address.

2. How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions.
• To send order, shipping and subscription emails (these are not marketing).
• To send marketing emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To display reviews you submit.
• To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

• Stripe (payments): stripe.com/privacy
• Our shipping carriers and fulfillment partner (to deliver orders)
• Our email provider (to send order and marketing emails)
• Our hosting provider
• Microsoft Clarity (site analytics): privacy.microsoft.com
• Meta Platforms (ad measurement and targeting): facebook.com/privacy/policy

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. If our business is sold, information may transfer to the buyer under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Meta for ad measurement and targeting may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws. You can opt out as described below.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting. We keep your email for marketing until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.

5. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Opt out of sharing for targeted advertising by emailing support@wildcomb.store with the subject "Do not share my information". You can also manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences and block third-party cookies in your browser.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or for a copy of it, by emailing support@wildcomb.store. We will respond within 45 days and won't discriminate against you for using these rights.
• Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have these rights under state law. You may use an authorized agent. We will verify your request by matching it to the email on your orders.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date. For material changes we will notify you by email or on the Site.
